Type JA High Turndown Burner

Power Flame's Type JA High Turndown Burner is engineered for industrial process applications. The JA HTD Burner has been designed for indirect fire applications that heat air or liquid process media. It is especially suited for supplying varied demand heat transfer in drying, curing, boiling, preheating, annealing and similar process applications.

The JA HTD fires natural gas at turndowns of 10 to 1 or higher. The full range, stable performance, high pressure drop capability and integrated cabinet with annunciation features are unusual for a small to medium range, forced draft, process burner.

The JA HTD packaged combustion system is factory fire-tested to ensure cost-effective installation and start up. It is available to fire equipment with heat inputs ranging from 50,000 to 2,200,000 BTU/hr. A variety of optional equipment and systems are offered.
